South Metro Employees
Under the Reservations tab select SMFR, then you can make your reservation (no approval required).
All Other Users
All requests from this web site will need to be approved by a South Metro representative. Please do not assume your request has been approved until you receive an email that confirms your reservation.
To View Available Facilities
Click Browse button, then select Browse Facilities. A list of all available facilities is shown. Click on the facility for information on location, room features, and photographs of the room.
If this is the first time you are submitting a request to South Metro
To reserve community rooms with South Metro you must: be a citizen of the district, be a not-for-profit, and must not charge for use of the room. There will be a deposit required for use of the room and a current lease is required.
Please select the Reservations tab, then click on "South Metro Community Room Request". Be sure to include the time and location of your request, view and click that you approve the terms and conditions, and fill out the information on the details tab. Then submit your request. (There are instructions on the request page.) You will receive a phone call or an email message regarding you reservation within 10 business days.
Before a room can be reserved, an appointment for signing a lease and obtaining an access key will need to be made with a South Metro representative. We will try to respond to your request within 10 business days.
If you already have a lease with South Metro
Select the Reservations tab and enter your reservation information. You will also need to fill in information on the details page. Once you submit your request, you will receive an email response regarding your reservation within 7 business days.
